HOURS OF OPERATION
For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed on this site, please contact Fulfillment Center Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-351-9761 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (CST) time Monday through Friday.
The BLANCO Fulfillment Center sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to PO, APO or FPO addresses.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your BLANCO purchase of samples, please call 1-855-351-9761 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). You must make this request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund where payment for any item was made by credit card.
The product must be returned to the Fulfillment Center warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, packaging including any samples, brochures, accessories, and documentation that shipped with the product.
Please note that BLANCO does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that have been damaged or modified, once in your possession, due to misuse or improper care and packaging.
NOTE for RETURNING ITEMS: The Fulfillment Center recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
The BLANCO Fulfillment Center will send you a confirmation of your order upon acceptance via email. You will also receive a second email with confirmation of shipment and the applicable tracking numbers along with a list of your selected items.
For priced items, including any expedited shipping, you must pay by credit card. At the time your order is placed, the BLANCO Fulfillment Center obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs on or about when your order ships.
The BLANCO Fulfillment Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Orders for priced items from that ship to destinations in Minnesota will subject to prevailing sales tax rates in that state.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Orders for both free and priced items typically ship within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
Same Day Shipping: Most in-stock items are eligible for same day shipping. These orders must be received before 1:00 PM (CST), pending payment processing.

Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.
Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Pricing is independent from any other BLANCO product discount structure that might exist. BLANCO reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the BLANCO Fulfillment Center store at any time.
Should BLANCO reduce its price on any shipped product within 10 calendar days of shipment, you may contact BLANCO Fulfillment Center Support at 1-855-351-9761 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price.
To receive the refund or credit you must contact the BLANCO Fulfillment Center within 14 business days of shipment.
BLANCO makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead time provided above. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order promptly, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, the BLANCO Fulfillment Center will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Given the popularity of some products, the BLANCO Fulfillment Center may restrict the number of items that you may request and/or purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the BLANCO Fulfillment Center web site. This information is subject to change.
BLANCO reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
